Paws’ Pantry Program

There is a great need for dog and cat food in the Metroplex area ranging from local shelters to individual citizens to other 501(c) rescue groups.  Paws Pantry was created to help those in our community.  We collect dog and cat food from the public and distribute the food where it is most needed.  Our goal is twofold:  to provide temporary help to those in need and to prevent pets from being relinquished to city shelters due to lack of food. 

 We rely on the community’s assistance for this program’s success.  You can help by conducting your own food drive and/or donating individually at our regularly scheduled food drives.  You may also download a Paws Pantry Flyer to assist in conducting you oown food drive. Please check our events page for scheduled dates or contact us at pawspantry@habitat4paws.org. 

 The following items are most needed:

                                                * Dry and Canned Dog Food

                                                * Dry and Canned Cat Food

                                                * Puppy Food

                                                * Kitten Food

                                                * Puppy and Kitten Formula

                                                * Kitty Litter

Habitat 4 Paws also accepts doghouses, new or gently used, in addition to medium and large travel crates that meet airline standards.  These items will be donated to other 501(c) rescue groups.  To make arrangements to donate these particular items, please contact our group at pawspantry@habitat4paws.org.
